Transversal Training for apprentices (pursuant to Art. 43 of Legislative Decree 81/2015), is divided into 3 years, depending on the qualification held by the apprentice.

The first year is to be completed strictly within 6 months of employment.
The topics covered are varied and include safety at work, communication, contracts, business economics, nutrition, NLP, quality, etc.
At the end of the course, the final certificate (required by legislative decree 81/08) will also be supplemented with the 40 hours: General Training and the 80 hours: Specific Low Risk Training.

What happens after purchasing the course?
You will receive an email with the link and credentials to access the e-learning course. As for the FAD part, when scheduled, you will be contacted by a professional from the A&P team who will inform you of the available dates for the lessons.

Modalities
The training is divided into 50% e-learning (distance learning with recorded lessons, to allow users to study independently and flexibly), and 50% FAD (live distance learning), so that it can be followed comfortably from home

DEGREE: 40 training hours (1st year);
HIGH SCHOOL or PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA: 80 hours of training (1st + 2nd year);
MIDDLE LICENCE or WITHOUT EDUCATION: 120 hours of training (1st + 2nd + 3rd year).

The Transversal External Training for Apprentices (pursuant to Art. 43 of Legislative Decree 81/2015), is divided into 3 years, depending on the qualification held by the apprentice:

  1. DEGREE: 40 hours of training (1st year);
  2. HIGHER OR PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA: 80 hours of training (1st + 2nd year);
  3. MIDDLE LICENCE or WITHOUT EDUCATION: 120 hours of training (1st + 2nd + 3rd year).
     

The first year must be completed within 6 months of employment.
